We are open Monday-Saturday, 10am-9pm. On Sundays, we are open from 11am-6pm.
• Are the items sold online the same as what’s available at the Big Time store?
While we carry many of the same brands and items as the store, our selection and prices vary.
How do I return/exchange an item purchased online?
To return or exchange an item, you may either visit our store or ship back to the address below. Make sure to include the return/exchange form in your package. Please note we recommend shipping your items back via a traceable method (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or missing. Please note that you will incur all shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.

• What is your return/exchange policy?
All items have a full 30 day return policy starting at the date you received them.
Unworn clean merchandise may be exchanged, or returned for credit or refund, within 30 days of the delivery date. When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged. Returns received without the original shoebox are subject to refusal and or 15% restocking fee.. Be sure to fill out the return/exchange form that you received with your order.
• If I buy an item online, can I return it in store?
Yes. Items can be returned in store per our returns policy.
• How do I know if you have received my return package?
We will send you an email when your return package is processed.
• If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
If you send an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.
• Are any items non–returnable?
Most of our items can be returned, including sale merchandise. However, accessories such as Ties, Cufflinks, Hats, Socks, Belts. cannot be returned.
• Can my order be overnighted?
Currently we offer free ground shipping for orders placed in the lower United States. We do offer overnight and express shipping and the prices are configured at checkout. If you wish for an expedited shipping method, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will assist you with your expedited order.
• I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped?
Generally speaking, we need 3-5 business days for processing orders before the order can be shipped.
• I already placed an order. Can I change/cancel something?
We ship orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to make changes to an order after it is placed. However, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will certainly try to assist you as best as we can.
• Which payment options does Big Time accept?
We accepts credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• I’m placing my order and it’s asking me for a promotion code, but I don’t have one. What should I do?
Big Time frequently uses promotion and coupon codes allowing its customers to purchase items at a discount. You can receive promotional codes by joining out mailing list, following us on Facebook or receiving them from a friend through word of mouth. Promotional codes have an expiration date associated with them and entering them into the provided area at checkout may not adjust the amount of your order. When this happens the code has expired. If you don’t have a promotion code, go ahead and leave that box blank. It won’t affect your order in any way, so don’t worry!
• Will there be sales tax added to my order?
Yes. For shipments into Illinois, 9.75% will be added. No sales tax on orders shipped outside of Illinois.
• Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Simply enter your information in the blank provided and send us a email. Although our system does not allow shipping to APO/FPO, we will ship via USPS.
• Can I save the items in my shopping cart and buy them later?
Yes you can. However, Big Time may have limited supply of the item you purchased and if you wait to long the size or color you saved may no longer be available.
• What is your policy on price adjustments?
We will honor price adjustment requests if made within 14 business days of the date that you placed your order. If it has been 14 business days or more since the date that you placed your order, you are no longer eligible for a price adjustment.
